Catering Menu 

Huevo and chorizo:

Scrambled eggs with slightly spicy chorizo. Served with re fried beans and salsa verde.


Corn chips mixed with a velvety green sauce, chicken, Mexican cream, cotija cheese and white onions.

Tostada de Camaron:

Shrimp cooked with canola oil, garlic, lemon juice and guajillo pepper. Served on a crispy tostada.

Cochinita Pibil:

Our signature dish. Pork marinated in annatto seed, fresh squeezed orange and lime juice and wrapped in banana leaves. The meat is then slow roasted. Served with pickled onions and salsa verde.

Chicken with herb sauce:

Chicken breasts marinated in olive oil, parsley, fresh oregano, fresh thyme and garlic.

Hibiscus flower enchiladas:

A great option for vegetarians. Enchiladas stuffed with hibiscus flower and covered with a creamy chipotle sauce. Topped with pickled red cabbage, Mexican cream and cotija cheese.

Green enchiladas/Creamy chipotle enchiladas:

Chicken enchiladas with your option of green or chipotle sauce, topped with Mexican cream, cotija cheese and white onions.


Tacos Campechanos:

From the streets of Mexico City to Columbus. Chopped tri tip, Mexican chorizo and pork rinds mixed with a slightly spicy red sauce. Served on warm corn tortillas.

Strawberry Summer Salad:

Mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, pecans, sunflower seeds, feta cheese and red onions drizzled with our house dressing (dijon mustard, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar)

White rice:

Traditional Mexican white rice with diced carrots, onions and corn.

Frijoles Charros:

Pinto beans cooked from scratch with onions, garlic, cilantro, Mexican chorizo and bacon.

Agua De Jamaica:

Hibiscus flower water sweetened with organic coconut sugar.

Agua De Limon:

Traditional homemade lemonade. quartered limes and lemons are blended (skin on) with fresh ginger and mint. Strained and sweetened with organic cane sugar.
